Dixon Real Estate Market
What's so great about Dixon?
Dixon is a town of some 17,000 with about 5% annual population growth and is about 5 miles south of the University of California at Davis. The city has a progressive attitude towards development including an aggressively plan for redevelopment in its downtown area. Even with the recent voter rejection of the hyped Dixon Downs race track plan, Dixon and it residence still see a bright future with proper growth planning and proper leadership.
